2020 Malbec

Medium-bodied with flavors of lush black plum, red cherry, baking spices, cocoa, anise, and earthy pepper. Bold acid with moderate tannins. Pairs well with goat’s milk cheeses, mushrooms, roasted vegetables with cumin & smoked paprika, spice-rubbed red meat, and fillet steak with chimichurri sauce.
