Our Sparkling Brut Rosé is comprised of Grenache, Mourvedre and a touch of Malbec. With a gorgeous light salmon pink color, It is bone-dry and fragrant with delicate floral notes of elderberry and refreshing pink grapefruit. 

Steel-fermented and lightly aged in new French oak. Full-bodied and well balanced with notes of lemon zest, baked apple, and warm vanilla. Pairs well with brie, crab cakes, butternut squash risotto, fried chicken, creamy shrimp pasta, and pork tenderloin with apples.

Estate grown. A light-bodied white wine with flavors of crisp, fresh yellow apple and vibrant pink citrus. Pairs nicely with a salad of mixed greens with goat cheese, grilled chicken, and a citrusy vinaigrette.
