Full-bodied with flavors of red plum, dried cranberry, allspice, cassis, and cocoa with a bold tannic structure and smoky & savory leathery notes. Pairs well with gouda burgers with grilled peppers, onions, and mushrooms, Asian ribs with five spice rub and hoisin glaze, grilled lamb, and bratwursts.
