Flavors of fig, blackberry, red currant, cinnamon, and velvety vanilla. Sumptuous mouthfeel and balanced acid with a lingering finish. Pairs well with spaghetti with red meat sauce, bacon-wrapped pork tenderloin, French green lentils with bacon, red wine, & mushrooms, and grilled red meat with balsamic reduction.
