Estate blend of Pinot Gris, Chardonnay, and Viognier. Flavors of pear, caramelized grapefruit & chamomile. Pairs nicely with Quiche Lorraine or a peach & prosciutto salad with mixed greens. 

Light-bodied with firm acidity and refreshing flavors of zippy lime, white nectarine, unripe green melon, and delicate honey notes. Pairs well with calamari, white pizza, seared scallops, and a charcuterie board. Look for mild, soft cheeses made from cow or sheep’s milk like fresh Mozzarella.

Our Sparkling Brut Rosé is comprised of Grenache, Mourvedre and a touch of Malbec. With a gorgeous light salmon pink color, It is bone-dry and fragrant with delicate floral notes of elderberry and refreshing pink grapefruit.
